Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We offer free return shipping for all domestic orders.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason
- Print the prepaid return label provided
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized carrier location
- Track your return through your account dashboard
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Our AI will update your size preferences based on your feedback to improve future recommendations.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly marked on the product page and during checkout.
AI Fit Guarantee
If an item doesn't fit as our AI predicted, we'll cover return shipping and help update your profile for better future recommendations. Your satisfaction helps our AI learn and improve.
